  • Professional Learning Network: Access a national network of leaders and educators in more than 23 states who are focused on meeting the needs of at-promise, vulnerable, and opportunity youth.

  • Access to National Workforce Development Partners: We partner with workforce development organizations such as US Job Corps, Conservation Corps, and YouthBuild. These organizations are leaders in providing educational services and training to schools, educators and students to support their education and employment goals.

  • Webinars: Participate in webinars sharing promising practices from the field as well as research and policy advice from leading thinkers and policy experts serving at-promise students.

  • Annual Professional Development and Leadership Conference: Receive discounts on RAPSA’s annual conference in Coronado Island, California.

Many of California’s youth face unique barriers that stand in the way of their career and educational development. If you believe in creating pathways to success that will reduce persistent economic inequities for at- promise and Opportunity Youth, then RAPSA is the organization for you.

RAPSA has been a change agent in the alternative education space for nearly 17 years. Originating from a need to address the challenges faced by at-promise youth within traditional education systems.

RAPSA continues to evolve and has actively engaged with and impacted more than 7,700 schools and educators across the nation.
