Imagine Remote Notarizations:

New Bill May Make it a Reality

In February, the House of Representatives passed the Securing and Enabling Commerce Using Remote and Electronic (SECURE) Notarization Act of 2023.

If the bill becomes law, remote online notarizations (RONs) will permit a notary and signer, who are in different physical locations, to safely and securely execute electronic documents.

The REALTOR® Emeritus status recognizes REALTOR® members who have a cumulative period of forty years of membership. Emeritus members do not pay REALTOR® dues and are exempt from the Code of Ethics training requirements.
