Alberta at Work
The Alberta government announced the Alberta at Work plan to help Albertans, who may not know where to start, get back to work. This announcement included additional funding for apprenticeship programming. The over 30 million dollars invested will help Alberta youth explore in-demand career paths and discover their passion.

Help Alberta youth "Take on the Future"
Join us as we tee off in support of Alberta youth at our largest annual fundraiser The Eric Newell's Kidz in Careers Golf Classic. Once again, our tournament is being held at Heritage Pointe Golf Club, Calgary on July 7th.
All funds raised through the KIC Golf Classic go towards placing Alberta youth in effective Work Integrated Learning (WIL) internships that develop work-ready skills, transition learning to a career path and accelerate their entry into the skilled workforce to meet labour market demands now and in the future.

As part of the 25th anniversary celebration of CAREERS and to kick off The Eric Newell Kidz in Careers Golf Classic, join us on Wednesday, July 6th, at the Deerfoot Inn (Calgary) from 5 PM to 8 PM.

Mix and mingle with CAREERS Board Members, Board Alumni, Students and other CAREERS supporters. Food stations and a cash bar onsite.
