Dear Patrons,

Earth Day is nearly here!

Celebrate with your very own act of green: volunteer, enjoy the outdoors, visit the farmers' market, read one of these titles, watch a documentary, plant a tree or learn more about recycling.

Keep it green,
Your Library Staff
Earth Day is coming!
Earth Day is next Thursday, April 22nd
Here are some ways to celebrate
Look for a way to take action:
Brush up on your recycling knowledge:
  • Download the What Goes Where app or visit whatgoeswhere.info/ to learn more about whether and how to recycle your waste.
  • Check out our Love Carmel video.
Spruce up your garden:
And be sure to swing by the Farmers Market on Thursday, April 22. Bring your food waste for composting, pick up some local produce and stop by the Sustainable Carmel table for a free reusable produce bag!
