Dear MSM Faculty and Staff,


The FY25 Performance Review Cycle has launched and will run through October 17, 2025. This year’s process includes updated timelines, focused development goals and both live and recorded training to help you succeed.


All eligible staff and faculty can begin their self-reviews today! Training opportunities and FAQs are available on the Performance Review SharePoint Hub.


Eligibility:

Faculty and staff hired on or before January 1, 2025, are required to participate. All others who started after January 1, 2025, will be required to complete their 90 days review.


Key Dates:


  • Self-Review Period: July 7 – August 9
  • Manager/Faculty Reviews: August 10 – September 22
  • Final Signoffs: September 23 – October 17
