Halloween is almost here! Time to pick out your costume, put up your decorations, and find a scary story to keep you up at night.

And on Sunday, October 31 at 4pm, come join Carmel's annual Halloween Parade! Families, walkers, bikers and dogs in costume are all welcome. Do you belong to a business, group, club, or organization that would like to participate? Let us know.
