Volunteers are the foundation of the New Jersey REALTORS® survival, strength and continued success. The committees each oversee a different aspect of the New Jersey REALTORS® and assist in the decision-making process.

Mandatory New Member Orientation. Must be completed within 90 days of joining the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®; in order to maintain your membership. Held once per quarter on the 2nd Friday of the month every quarter from 8:30-3:30pm. Breakfast and lunch is provided.

Cost is FREE (New Members Only) 

Not a new member, but want to earn 3 CE credits??? Sign up for just the Code of Ethics training from 12:00-3:30.

Cost: $5 Lunch Provided

The Quarter Century Club honors NJ Realtor® members who have served as Realtors® or Realtor-Associates® faithfully in New Jersey for 25 years or more. Fill out the application and send it to SCAR along with the $10 application fee.

Lunch and Learn: Professional Headshots-Maximizing Your First Impressions

Learn how to show off your best features while minimizing those you prefer to hide. Commercial Lending : 4 Elective Credits


This course will give you the basics of Commercial Lending. You will learn the differences between a residential and commercial loans, the different programs available for commercial lending and how to qualify someone for a commercial loan.
