Members Need to Know: Reporting Health Coverage on Taxes
QualChoice will mail all IRS Forms 1099 by January 31st.
Members must report 2017 health coverage on federal tax returns.
QualChoice members with group coverage may receive either or both:
- Form 1095-B, Health Coverage (from QualChoice)
- Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage
