  • MN Skills-Based Hiring Accelerator half day workshops to help your company build a plan that will attract, hire and retain the best talent. Sessions are held monthly from 9-1pm. Content is tailored to each organizations needs.


  • Ramsey County's Inclusive Employer Toolkit - new sections added on employee benefits and skills-based hiring. The toolkit aims to help employers provide a more welcoming and inclusive workplace for all by offering practices to build diversity, equity, and inclusion in the areas of employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding and retention.


Business Networking Lunch & Learn / Ribbon Cutting - Cancun Mexican Grill and Cantina


The Rice & Larpenteur Alliance Business Lunch and Learn, sponsored by Ramsey County Workforce Solutions was held at Cancun Mexican Grill and Cantina. Over 40 local businesses and support organizations came together to enjoy networking and a delicious Mexican meal at the newest local community restaurant (located in the former Hearthside Pizza space).


Special thank you to Mayor Carter for attending and Council VP Hwa Jeong Kim for your support. Thanks also to Karyn Berg with Ramsey County for presenting on how the County can support businesses' workforce challenges.

M Health Fairview - Psychological First Aid Training

Join M Health Fairview for a FREE virtual training on December 5th, 10am - 12pm about Psychological First Aid (PFA). This is a learning opportunity on how to support healthy recovery for individuals after a traumatic event, public health emergency, natural disaster, and personal crisis.
