Team Spotlight: Meet Project Manager
Joel Barriga
At Presto Painting Services, we’re proud to have a team of talented individuals who not only bring skill and professionalism to every project, but also carry inspiring stories with them. This month, we're excited to introduce you to one of our project managers, Joel Barriga.
Joel describes himself first and foremost as a man of faith and a proud patriot. His roots in the Tampa Bay area run deep—his family has called it home since 1993. Outside of work, Joel enjoys staying active through exercise and outdoor adventures, and he's a big fan of contemporary blockbuster cinema.
Joel’s journey into the painting industry began at a remarkably young age. "I got into painting when I was just two years old," he recalls. "I used to help sweep and clean up job sites for my father and grandfather, who owned a painting company." That early exposure planted a lasting interest in the trade. After a period working in martial arts, Joel sought a career he could continue long-term—something both hands-on and meaningful. That search led him to Presto.
Since joining us in April, Joel has quickly become an asset to our team. While he brought about three years of on-site painting experience with him, his leadership and passion have made an immediate impact.
What drives Joel most in his role? “My favorite part of the job is seeing a project come out exactly the way a customer envisioned it,” he says. “It’s especially rewarding to share that moment with them—when everything is clean, precise, and the crew has left no errors behind.”
That sense of pride has already been noticed. Joel was recently mentioned in a glowing customer review—a moment that he says fuels his motivation to continue delivering top-tier results.
We’re lucky to have Joel on the team, and we’re excited to see how he continues to grow with Presto.
