Dear Instructors,
It’s here! The new ISR Instructor Locator is ready for you to input your up-to-date location(s) as we prepare to launch the tool on infantswim.com in May. We are excited to make it even easier for parents to find and get in touch with you! Parents will no longer have to search by zip code and, instead, will be able to search from any number of entries including predictive street addresses, business names, and landmarks. Results will appear in a list by actual distance and on an interactive map - please check out the short Panopto tutorial for a preview!
The process to update your information should be quick and easy, but just in case you hit a bump along the way, we are providing live support sessions to make sure you have all the help you need. Below please find written instructions as a link attachment, as well as links to join the live support sessions.
Please note that we are rolling out this process in two phases. In Phase 1, you can update your entries before anything goes live. Phase 2 will occur in early May as we launch this new tool on our live website. During this time in Phase 1, if you need to change the current Locator results (by zip code), please continue to use the Locator Profile link on www.isrcentral.com. This short overlap allows us to provide a smooth launch to our new system.
Our thanks to so many Instructors who helped us test this process! If you participated in a testing group, your entries from that test are saved and you do not need to take any further action unless you wish to edit your entries.
