Silicon Valley Connect is the most down-to-earth, no-pressure, no-stress people-focused event that the SVC Chamber hosts. Repeated several times per year at various locations across the Valley, this is a "networking-style" event with a festive happy-hour feel. Come. The holidays are the best time to give to your loved ones, but it is also the best time to support your community and favorite businesses! People tend to volunteer or donate more towards the end of the year than they do any other time of the year. At the SVC Chamber, we would like to introduce a sustainable way for you to support your community. A program that will serve their needs, year-round. 

We have launched a program called the Gift of Membership. This program offers opportunities for you to give back by giving the Gift of Membership to a deserving business or nonprofit. If you want to support a nonprofit organization specifically but are not sure whom to choose, view Great Nonprofits where you can search by city and learn more about an organization before submitting their name for the Gift of Membership. If you don’t have time, we can pick one for you!

• Sunday Friends Foundation – Gifted by KeyPoint Credit Union
• JW House - Gifted by Kaiser Permanente

This Signature Event is a luncheon event by the Government Relations (GR) Committee. The speakers change from year to year; but, are always city managers or other interesting city staff, elected officials, political scientists, advocates, and activists focused on the issues of the day in various Silicon Valley Cities.
