The event was held at Christ Community Chapel in Aurora, Oh. Participants went through offensive and defensive skill drills and played full-court basketball games prior to the end of the day. They were also supplied with bibles and other FCA materials.

Students from the Mentor High School FCA Huddle joined forces with 5 Loaves Ministry where they spent the day playing games with children from a local apartment complex in Painesville. This is something that happens once a month and the FCA group plans on serving the community again this summer.

Lorain County
On Friday, May 18th the Midview High School FCA Huddle hosted the 16th Annual 3 on 3 Tournament. The event raises money for the Midview Helping Students Fund and this year's event raised $110. There were around 60 athletes representing 18 teams. Lorain FCA Director, Darrell Myers, spoke to the athletes during the break and shared the Gospel with them. There were about 20 students at the event that responded to wanting to have a relationship with Jesus Christ.   The winners of the 3 on 3 Tournament were Spencer Evans, Derek Rebman and Dylan Rebman, who are pictured in the top left of the photo.

Start of Baseball Season Allows FCA to Reach More Coaches and Athletes for Christ

The beginning of baseball is a fresh chance for FCA to find new ways to reach coaches and athletes on baseball and softball diamonds at every level. FCA Magazine has told some of the most inspiring stories of professional baseball's major players, including Chase Headley, Andrew McCutchen, Dexter Fowler, Mike Matheny, Adrian Gonzalez, Kyle Gibson, Daniel Murphy and more.
"Looking back on my life and career, I know that God is the only reason I am where I am today. He has chosen to put me here to share His love with others. I understand I have a huge platform as a professional athlete, so I try to use it to share my faith through my actions, how I handle adversity on the field, and in the words I speak to the media and fans."

- Chase Headley

Area Director Justin Kleiner talked about FCA and the Super Bowl-winning Philadelphia Eagles with popular Pennsylvania radio station WDAC.  Next month, Eagle Stefen Wisniewski will be a part of the Philadelphia Metro FCA Victory Dinner.
