About this Event: Charles Drew Health Center, Inc. (CDHC) as a participant of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Health Center COVID-19 Mask Program will distribute over 17,000 N95 mask to North Omaha, which has disproportionately been affected by COVID-19, to increase equitable access to public health tools needed to prevent the spread of the virus.

About this Q + A: A virtual Q+A for visual artists interested in applying for 2022 Populus Fund project grants. Applications are NOW OPEN through April 24, 2022.

In 2022, Populus Fund will award a total of six $10,000 grants for projects with a visual arts component proposed by artists or artist groups that provide experiences, content, materials, activities, platforms, etc. that engage and connect with the community through art.

The mask order for the City of Omaha signed last month by Douglas County Health Director Lindsey House has expired.  
 
The Douglas County Health Department offers vaccine clinics for anyone age 5 and older. The percentage of county residents who have been vaccinated has exceeded 71%. Please get vaccinated and encourage others to do the same.
