Consumer Direct Care Network Tennessee

Starting July 1, 2023, Consumer Direct Care Network Tennessee (CDTN) will be the new Fiscal Employer Agent (FEA) and Supports Broker provider for TennCare and its members receiving consumer directed care

What You Need to Do


Step 1. Access the DirectMyCare web portal.

  • Click here to update your password for the DirectMyCare web portal.
  • You will see a sign-in screen.
  • Click "Forgot your password?"
  • On the next screen, click "send verification code."
  • You will receive a separate email from Microsoft on behalf of Consumer Direct Care Network B2C. Open this email. This email contains your verification code. If you do not get the email, check your spam folder.
  • Enter the code and click "verify code."
  • The next screen says your email address is verified. Click "continue."
  • Create a new password.
  • You will be logged into the DirectMyCare web portal.
  • Verify your Social Security number.

Step 2. Download the CareAttend mobile app and sign in.

  • Click here for instructions to download the app for iOS.

  • Use your DirectMyCare web portal username and password to sign in.


Step 3: Submit a test shift in the CareAttend mobile app and the DirectMyCare web portal.

  • Note: Shifts submitted through the DirectMyCare web portal are not Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliant.
