Limited discounted parking vouchers are available and must be purchased with the tickets. You have the option to use PayPal, a credit card or a debit card once you start the checkout process.

Bring your voucher and parking pass to Universal Studios. Voucher will be redeemed at the Globe Garden and Fountain adjacent to the main entrance
When you arrive at Universal Studios, you will need to go to the ALADS booth located at the Globe Garden and Fountain at the entrance and surrender your voucher to receive your tickets and wristbands.

Can I use the tickets on any day?
Tickets are only valid on Friday, November 18, 2022.
Can I take my off-duty weapon into the park?
NO, Universal Studios is private property and does not allow anyone to carry firearms into the park. There are no exceptions. Please make arrangements prior to the event. Keep in mind, department policies and procedures regarding the storage of firearms.
What time can I enter the park?
The park is open to us at 10:00 AM. The park closes to the public at 6:00 PM, but remains open to ALADS members until 10:30 PM.
Can I use my season pass to enter the park?
Yes, you may use your season pass to enter the park. However, you will not be able to stay after the 6:00 PM public closure. To enjoy the food, rides, and games, you must purchase tickets from ALADS.
What area of the park is open to us?
Complete event exclusivity starts approximately 1 hour following park closure. Event guests enjoy the Upper and Lower Deck exclusively with continued access to select rides, attractions, food venues and retail stores.
How do I get my tickets?
Tickets may be purchased online only at www.alads.org. A ticket voucher and parking pass will be emailed to you after your purchase. You must bring the printed ticket voucher to Universal on the day of the event to receive your tickets and wristbands.
Can anyone buy tickets to the event?
Only ALADS Members may purchase the discounted tickets. Members include: Voting Members, Associate Members, Retired Members, and Reserve Members, only.
Can I only buy Six tickets?
You can only purchase up to six tickets at the $45.00 per person rate. The seventh ticket and more will be at $95 per person (maximum 10 tickets).
What does “food provided” mean?
After 6 PM, food is provided from the restaurants. There will be numerous restaurants throughout the park available. Food will be available from 6 PM to 10 PM!!!
What does non-transferrable mean?
Your tickets may not be transferred or given to anybody. The exception to this is family members. If you have to work, but your family is attending, please have your family members bring a copy of your law enforcement identification and their own identification with the printed voucher (One Voucher, One Use).
Where do we pick up our tickets?
When you arrive at Universal Studios, you will need to go to the ALADS booth located at the Globe Garden and Fountain near the main entrance to surrender your voucher to receive your tickets and wristbands.
What about children?
Children two and under are free. However, they will not receive a wristband.
