Get Vaccinated at the Milpitas Sports Center this Wednesday! (Age 16+)
In partnership with Santa Clara County, Recreation and Community Services is hosting the first County Vaccination site in Milpitas on Wednesday, April 28th at the Milpitas Sports Center (1325 E. Calaveras Blvd.) from 10am-4pm while supplies last. The clinic is walk up and can accommodate 500 people! This is a 2-dose vaccine (Pfizer) and so a second dose appointment will be made for those that get vaccinated while they are onsite at the clinic.

On April 21, President Biden announced a paid leave tax credit legislation that would "offset the cost for employers with fewer than 500 employees to provide full pay for any time their employees need to get a COVID-19 vaccination or recover from that vaccination." Final Round of the California Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grant Opens April 28
Don’t miss this upcoming deadline to apply for Round 6 of the CA Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grant, which gives eligible businesses grants ranging from $5,000-$25,000. For more information on eligibility criteria and to find a lender, visit their website.

Round 6: Wednesday, April 28th at 9:00 am through Tuesday, May 4th at 5:00 pm
  • Eligible applicants: current waitlisted small businesses and/or nonprofits not selected in Rounds 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 and new applicants that meet eligibility criteria.
  • Notifications will begin Friday, May 7th
  • Details: Applicants not selected to receive a grant in Rounds 1, 2, 3 & 5 do not need to re-apply and will be automatically moved into Round 6. New applicants will need to apply at CAReliefGrant.com

Administered by the Small Business Administration (SBA), the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG) gives up to $10 million to eligible live venue operators, theaters, museums, and other eligible businesses.
