Vote on WEF's Proposed Constitution & Bylaws Change

As required by Article 10.2.1 of the WEF Constitution & Bylaws, WEF is requesting that members vote to approve a number of amendments to their Constitution & Bylaws. Article 8.5.3 specifies that 5% of the membership represents a voting quorum.

WEF's Board of Trustees is introducing these proposed changes to "clarify roles and processes, help WEF be flexible and responsive to member needs, and enable us to meet the Critical Objectives of our Strategic Plan." The C&B Committee, House of Delegates Steering Committee, the Committee Leadership Council, and the Board Governance Committee worked collaboratively to develop and review these modifications.
