Tip #13: You Can Order a Free Customer Service Poster for Your Staff
A customer service poster is a great way to remind staff to put their best foot forward.

L.A. Care has a free 11" x 14" poster that provides short, practical bullet point reminders. 

These reminders can help staff keep positive communication on the forefront, especially when work gets busy and stressful.
