Customers must be new subscribers who have not been an Ultra customer during the past 90 days; i.e. the phone number cannot have been active in our system within the last 90 days
Device was not recently on Ultra Mobile network: your customers device cannot have been active with Ultra Mobile, within the last 90 days
Customer must remain on activated plan $49 Unlimited 1-Month plan
Plan Swaps will not qualify for the credit.
Ultra Mobile reserves the right to disqualify a subscriber from promo eligibility if we’ve previously applied the promo to another Customer that is utilizing the same IMEI on the network.
Ultra Mobile reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this program at any time.
