Here are exclusive preview images of the new website that the Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI) is planning to debut next week. The new site is designed to be more user-friendly and user-focused, which means that not only will it look more modern, but it will function that way, too. The new site will also more clearly illustrate how HCCI can help you and your practice grow and be structured according to our main audience segments. Plus, it is designed to be easier to navigate, find what you’re looking for, and help you manage your day-to-day operations.

• As part of HCCI’s new website launch, existing HCCI Learning Hub™ account holders will receive an email early next week with instructions on how to log into the Hub on the new site.

• The email will contain your username and temporary password along with instructions on how to set up a new password, which is strongly encouraged.

• If existing account holders do not receive that email or no longer have access to the email address used to set up the HCCI Learning Hub™ account, they will not receive that email. Therefore, they will need to fill out this form. This form can also be used to request other general technical website support.
