Jersey Cares Day
Jersey Cares Day is bringing 2,000 volunteers together from all over New Jersey with the common goal of revitalizing communities across the state.

This year, five of our fifteen opportunities will be family-friendly events for 300 volunteers in some of the most under-served communities in the state.

Join us on May 6th and be a part of the many new ways we plan to bring together families, corporations, nonprofit partners, municipalities, community groups and people of all walks to be the change!
Metlife Builds Bikes
For Kids
Students from a public school in Paterson got to enjoy a very special day when they were invited by MetLife employees to MetLife Stadium for a personal tour. Little did they know, they were getting more than a backstage tour -- the employees had also assembled brand new bicycles for each of the students.
Become A Project Coordinator
Take volunteering to the next level and become a Project Coordinator! Project Coordinators lead Jersey Cares’ recurring volunteer opportunities and serve as a liaison between volunteers, our nonprofit partners and Jersey Cares.

Make a difference, build skills and join social events to meet great people -- like you!

Volunteer Star
Maria Cherickal connected with Jersey Cares from a Google search when she was looking for ways to get more involved near her home. Since then, Maria has given many hours at a number of Jersey Cares volunteer opportunities, but her favorite is Advanced Computer Essentials in Elizabeth.
