11:30 am -1 pm: The Art of the Segue, Intuitively Deciding Where to Go Next, with Beth Shaha, Life Coach with the Grounded Canary
Have a puzzle you are trying to solve? Wondering what your next step is? Needing to make a big decision? Need some clarity? Join us as we pause in the Marsh of Millbrook, take a moment to center ourselves in the Centred Outdoors Event, and then "take a walk" in your very own Seven League Boots Meditation leading to clarity, insight and truth. The answers lie within - join us to see for yourself! Small group discussion and sharing is optional but encouraged. Please bring a towel or chair for this activity.
1:00-3:00 pm: Hike and learn adventure
Take a family friendly, educational nature walk through the marsh with a MMNC expert to learn about its history as well as the plants and animals that keep the ecosystem healthy and balanced. This adventure is suitable for all ages.
3:00-5:00 pm: Active wellness hike
For a more challenging adventure, take an active, informative hike throughout Millbrook Marsh with Dan Trew, ClearWater Conservancy’s Adventure Coordinator.
11:30 am-6:00 pm: Explore Millbrook Marsh at the pace that's just right for you
Participation in a guided hike is optional. All are welcome to explore this destination on their own throughout the day. This destination is perfect for birdwatching, nature journaling, and enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.
Difficulty Level: This adventure can be easily accommodated for all ages and fitness levels. The hikes are approximately a half mile in length, and follow along a wide boardwalk and dirt or grassy trails. Email info@centredoutdoors.org with any questions about preparing for this adventure.
