Millbrook Marsh Nature Center
Greetings!

A big thanks to everyone who has joined us this summer for an adventure or two (or three or more)! For those who haven't joined us at Poe Paddy Tunnel yet, we will be there tomorrow (Fri., Aug. 20) from 6-8 p.m. Please join us for a fun Friday evening and a great start to your weekend (details here)!

Starting August 22, Centred Outdoors will host events once per week on Sundays. This week we invite you to join us for an adventure along the boardwalk at Millbrook Marsh Nature Center to discover the unique features of the marsh and fen ecosystems. Learn about the Indigenous people who lived here, and the area’s connection to the former Farmer's High School (now Penn State), all while enjoying the sights and sounds of wildlife. See all the hike times and details below.

Also, this week we are excited to partner with Beth Shaha, life coach with the Grounded Canary, to offer a special wellness activity from 11:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m. Beth will lead The Art of the Segue, Intuitively Deciding Where to Go Next. This activity is intended to promote awareness and clarity, especially for those who are making decisions about next steps in their life. This opportunity is free, and open to everyone, with complete details below.

It has been an amazing, fun-filled summer so far, and the adventures will continue through the fall. Together, let's continue to stress less and discover more!

Dan Trew, Adventure Coordinator
ClearWater Conservancy

P.S. We'd love to see and share your photos from the season, please email your favorites to info@centredoutdoors.org.
