Local customer representatives

As a Customer Representative, you become an important link between 54North Homes and all the residents at your scheme. You’ll become a voice of the community and help to influence the day-to-day decisions and policies that impact you and all residents.

We will help you with full training and give you all the support you need.

Task and finish groups

Occasionally we may ask our customers to review an area of our service or input into a project/provide challenge to ensure that it meets our customers' needs.

There’s no specific time commitment, as it really depends on what we need you to look at. You can take part in as many or as few task and finish projects as you like and they can be really rewarding way to make a difference.

Customer readers' panel

We are always looking for customers to support and influence our customer communication. This could be by reviewing our publications, such as our newsletters and Annual Report to Customers, or by generating ideas and writing articles yourself.
