Get paid for administering Health Risk Assessments for your clients in 2026

We appreciate the role you play in helping our members connect with their Medicare Advantage (MA) plan through HealthSpringSM. The time you take with your clients before they become our members is so important. 


Because of the value we place on obtaining early insights into each members' overall health, the broker assisted Health Risk Assessment (HRA) program will continue in 2026. By administering an electronic HRA for your clients, you'll not only help them get connected with HealthSpring, but you'll also be compensated for each HRA that you help your clients complete successfully.


The program will pay you as follows:

Other program changes:


Thanks to your help over the last couple of years, we've seen a dramatic increase in applications submitted digitally that include a valid member email address and/or Primary Care Physician (PCP) selection. Because of your cooperation, in 2026, we'll be changing our Value-Based Enrollment (VBE) program to focus on the HRA. As such, we will no longer pay for digital applications that include a valid email address and/or PCP selection for January 1, 2026 effectives and beyond.


Please note, including a valid member email address and PCP on your client applications is still considered a best practice, and will therefore, count towards your qualification for our Star Producer program. How to access the HRA:

  • For non-SunFire users and/or non-ConnectureDRX agency partners, use single sign-on to access the SunFire HRA via the "Health Risk Assessment" link in the Tools section.
