Employers: Get ready for Employer One!
If you are a business owner, a job seeker, a student or an employment service provider then Workforce Planning Hamilton's annual EmployerOne Survey is a valuable resource to help you plan for the future.

Every year WPH rolls out the survey to local employers to access up to the minute data on their recruitment challenges, their hiring and training plans, and the skills that they are seeking in their workforce.

WPH is the only organization in Hamilton that provides timely workforce planning data. But to do our job to the best of our ability we need YOUR help.

In January 2019 WPH will be contacting local employers to complete the EmployerOne survey. Each year the survey becomes more streamlined and easier to complete.

We are grateful to our partners: employment services providers; City of Hamilton, Economic Development, all three local Chamber of Commerce; and many others who share the survey with their employer contacts.

Employers: look for the EmployerOne survey link at the end of December and throughout January and complete the survey to aid your company and the community.

If you would like more information on the survey or would like to partner with WPH on sharing the survey to your employer contacts please contact Cyndi at cyndi.ingle@workforceplanninghamilton.ca
