Important information about activity physicals
Students in grades 7-12 who plan to participate in fall sports or marching band must have a completed physical on file with PRIVIT before practices begin in August.

  • Physicals are good for 2 years from the date of the exam.
  • A student with a physical on file dated June 1, 2020, or later will not need a physical for the 2021-22 school year.
Use PRIVIT to submit information

The School District uses the PRIVIT program to collect and track medical eligibility information. If your student obtains a new physical for 2022-23, you will submit the information using PRIVIT:


If you are a new user, select "register" to create a new account. Parents and guardians: Register an account with your email address, and then add your student into the account.

Important calendar dates:
  • June 30: End of Summer School Session 1.
  • July 4: Ray-Pec schools and offices closed in observance of July 4 holiday.
  • July 5: Start of Summer School Session 2.
  • Aug. 17: Meet the Teacher events for early childhood, elementary, and middle schools.
  • Aug. 18: Preview Day for incoming kindergarten, 6th grade, and 9th grade students.
  • Aug. 22: First day of school.
