   Come on out and learn how to create an organic, ecological and EDIBLE backyard landscape.


   Join us 1 to 4 p.m. Oct. 9 at Dorothy Rider Pool Wildlife Sanctuary for the next instalment of our Backyard Naturalist series.


   Richard Mitchell Jr., of Bear Creek Organics, will teach us how we can use herbs, microgreens and other edibles to create a beautiful and useful backyard.


  With a little bit of planning, you can create a idyllic backyard that reduces your food costs and helps natural wildlife thrive.
