Sign up now to participate in HOPE, NYC's annual survey of street homeless individuals. HOPE 2023 will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, from 10pm to 4am. The NYC Department of Small Business Services is offering a new webinar, which is open to restaurant owners, BIDs, merchants associations, and other CBOs, to learn best practices to help restaurant owners guard against rat infestations in and near Open Restaurants program dining sheds.
