Viewpoint One Remote Access Now Available

Viewpoint One can now be accessed remotely from anywhere with internet access by using your phone, tablet or computer.

To access the Viewpoint One site outside of Citrix or VPN, use the new URL: https://vpone.cei.mastec.com and update your shortcuts. Submit questions or feedback through the Service Now portal.

IMPORTANT: New Concur Site Launching October 24

The new Concur site will be launching on October 24. Note the following reminders:

Blackout Period: All Pcard transactions made between Sept. 23 & Oct. 24 will not be available to view or submit until October 24.
KEEP YOUR PHYSICAL RECEIPTS: All images captured with the Expense It app will be lost due to the cutover during the blackout period. Missing receipts affidavits will not be accepted due to loss of Expense It images. This means lost receipts could result in payroll deductions.
Approvals: Managers, please approve reports Today, October 11
Reimbursements: All reimbursements (with manager & accounting approval) can be submitted in Concur through October 14

Express Travel Coming Soon

MasTec Industrial’s new Travel portal for airfare, hotels and rental cars is coming soon. Starting early November, all travel arrangements will need to be made through the new portal. For Casey Industrial, this means Egencia travel site will no longer be available starting early November. Additional communication and training information for those impacted will be coming in the next few weeks.
