Hannah Strong: Strength & Support for our Work Families

“When we work around people, we grow a strong relationship with them,” said Tina Haworth, Safety Specialist on the Li Cycle project. “I have worked with and known John Hannah for several years and consider he and his wife family.” Tina says John’s dedication to safety is 120% and now it’s her turn to support him. Complaints of a stomachache just a few shorts weeks ago, resulted in a diagnosis of cancer for John Hannah, Construction Project Manager. “The MIC belief of People Matter goes beyond the site level here at Rochester and we are showing our support by wearing the ‘Hannah strong’ bracelets.” Thank you to the Li Cycle team for your strong support of our team member during a time when he and his family are in need.

Concur & Express Travel Launching November 14

MIC Employees Important Reminders: 

• Managers: Review & approve employee expense reports timely. >>Approver Guide

• Concur App: >>Concur App User Guide 
• Reminder: You will need to sign out and sign back in when using the Concur App. There will be no changes to your login credentials – continue to use your company email address as your username, and complete login through Okta.

• Email Receipts: When verifying your email, Concur will associate info forwarded from that email address to your account. Email receipts to receipts@expenseit.com.

• 45 Day Policy: The 45-day policy for PNC charges with a transaction dated before (October 24th) must be submitted by (December 8th) or they will be in violation of the 45-day policy, which will result in having cards turned off until reconciliation.

**Submit itemized meal receipts, list business purpose and attendees, as this is standard IRS regulation**

Action Items for Casey Employees with Blue Purchase Cards:

• Employees: submit expenses & reimbursements November 18
• Managers: approve reports by November 23
• From November 10 - November 18, we will be sending out daily communications to employees with outstanding expenses. These communications will include the Manager and Directors/VPs for your department. 
• Please do your part to ensure the completion of Comdata expenses by the deadlines above. Casey Comdata Pcards will be turned off November 13.
