Sarah Schleicher Promoted to Director of Technology Solutions (Operations)

Congratulations to Sarah Schleicher who was recently promoted to Director of Technology Solutions for Operations. In her new role, Sarah will focus on technology for our teams in the field along with the Operations Services and Project Services groups. Anthony Alvarez, Carl MaGaurn, Heather Melton and Rebekah King will report to Sarah and Sarah will report directly to Jack Lawrence. Congratulate Sarah on Beekeeper.

Craft Handbook & Additional Policies Effective January 1

We are excited to announce the release of the new Craft Employee Handbook as well as new policies for Tuition Reimbursement and Referral Bonuses that will be effective January 1, 2023. The New Handbook and policies can be found here.

Who: The changes will affect: MIC, Casey, Phoenix and Wanzek Industrial employees.

When: January 1st, 2023, the new Craft Handbook, Tuition Reimbursement, Referral Bonus for MIC, Casey, Phoenix and Wanzek Industrial employees will be effective. Based on the needs of specific projects some or all the policies may be delayed or altered in implementation.

New Orientation Process

We are excited to introduce our new staff orientation process! The new process includes some steps that we have already been incorporating into orientation and then some additional materials that are brand new:

These revised materials will work towards enhancing the employee experience for new hires and prepare our staff personnel will the essential tools needed for them to be successful.

The new orientation process impacts all staff employees across the organization, including staff personnel in the field.
