Dementia Caregiver Self-Care Workshop
with JFS COMPASS and Health & Wellness Coach, Linda Mazie

Tuesday 11/10, 3:30-5pm 
This virtual workshop, for caregivers responsible for their loved one with dementia, will include interactive discussion, strategies, and support.
Topics Could Include:
  • Managing caregiver stress 
  • Meeting the needs of the caregiver 
  • Creating a manageable day for the caregiver and their family member
