Dementia Caregiver Self-Care Workshop
with JFS COMPASS and Health & Wellness Coach, Linda Mazie

Tuesday 11/10, 3:30-5pm 
This virtual workshop, for caregivers responsible for their loved one with dementia, will include interactive discussion, strategies, and support.
Topics Could Include:
  • Managing caregiver stress 
  • Meeting the needs of the caregiver 
  • Creating a manageable day for the caregiver and their family member  
  • Tips for communicating

This half-day workshop & peer support community creates a space to learn from and lean on others who are experiencing similar challenges of supporting a loved one through addiction and recovery. JFS' licensed professionals are here to address your most urgent concerns & questions.
