How to Effectively Post on Your Facebook Business Page

Letting everyone know your services, products, and customer service is about above anyone else is great, and should be posted, but not all the time. You need to break it down into 3 parts, this will keep your followers engaged.

1/3 - Promoting your Business- This can be done by posting testimonies, showing images and videos of your work/services, or sharing relative links.

1/3 – Corporate Personality – Let your followers know that you’re involved with community or non-profit work, show pictures of family, friends and pets. Have fun with it.

1/3 – Industry Information – Giving information and tips of your trade will set you up as the expert, and the go to person when they need your service.

"Club Rush" at Glendale Union High School District

At the start of every school year, the campuses of the Glendale Union High School District come alive with an event called Club Rush. On this day, students can visit the different clubs, groups and sports offered at the school to learn more about them and choose one (or more) to join.

Extracurricular activities help balance out the academic side of high school learning and give students an opportunity to discover more about their likes, dislikes and potential future career paths. At GUHSD, more than 85 percent of students participate in an extracurricular activity. Just some of the options include soccer, special education club, newspaper, literacy club, spirit line, sports medicine, football, theater, yearbook and more. There are more than 40 different options on each campus for students to discover. Studies have shown that when a student participates in an extracurricular club, sport or program, the result is a richer connection to their campus, student peers and community. Many clubs and groups are service-oriented, resulting in students spending a large part of their high school career helping out their neighboring communities.
