Weekly update
Happy New Year!
Another unusual year is behind us and as we head into 2022, we at the Chamber would like to take a minute to reflect on the past year.
There were surges and spikes in the pandemic, but Dunedin persevered and returned to many in-person events and activities.
By midyear, the Chamber was back to hosting in-person Business Before and After Hours our networking group, Relationship Builders, board and committee meetings. Through it all, we learned to be excellent zoomers and we will continue to have many hybrid meetings in 22.
The Chamber developed and launched a new website in October and we believe it will prove to be the go-to site for news and information.
In the new year, we plan to have more opportunities to participate, connect, learn and have fun. The business Hub is opening this month. Designed to serve the business community much like our visitor center serves tourists, the Hub will be there for all your business needs. At the Hub, you will be able to attend workshops, exchange referrals, use a desk or office, and get all your business questions answered by people who know!

If you are interested in more information or would like to be more involved please email us at admin@dunedinfl.com we'd love to have you as a volunteer or on a committee!
Thank you for all of your patience and support. Dunedin is a great place to do business!
January is National Get Organized Month.

It’s not surprising that many people make resolutions to get better organized at the beginning of every year. However, the idea of getting organized can be daunting.
Many people feel they need to gear up for it in some way – either buying bins, scheduling a huge block of time, getting other little things done first, etc. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
What if, this week, you choose one small thing to organize? Choose one drawer, one cabinet, one shelf, one section of a file drawer, or maybe one folder on your computer or in your email box. Now think of something you can do for yourself that is fun or makes you happy. Make yourself a deal that when you complete the one organizing task you choose to do, you will reward yourself with something that makes you happy.
Keep it simple and don’t overcommit. If you want to move on to the second drawer or cabinet or shelf before you reward yourself, great! However, be realistic about the size of the project you take on and you will be more likely to get it started and completed.
Good luck!
