Favorite challenge: Coming up with solutions to an application that's currently using a material other than plastic. I love proving that polymers can be used to replace all kinds of materials.

Inspiration: Coaching my daughters is a passion that makes the current state of the world disappear. I put my heart into it and my role here at Cope Plastics.
