The Kavanaugh Keating and Weber Alumni and Friends Raffle supports our four scholars with a $3000 annual scholarship over their time at SFDS.

In its sixth year, the scholarship has made an impact on these young scholars.

Senior Daisy Ceja:
  • Legacies: Older brother and sister are SFDS alumni. Currently has a younger brother who is a freshman
  • Activities: Soccer Team, Photography Club and is Secretary of the Student Council
  • Has already been accepted into St. Xavier University and Malcolm X College
  • Major: Undecided
  • Service: Babysits nephew, Open House tour guide
Junior Xavier Villasenor:
  • Legacy: Mother- Stephanie Bassett - Class of 2002
  • Transferred in his sophomore year from South Shore College Prep looking for more personalized attention and smaller class sizes.
  • Activities: None at this time. He recently had ACL and Meniscus surgery so that has limited his activities.
  • He dreams of going into real estate "when he grows up."
Sophomore Santos Baez:
  • Legacy: Mother - Jackie Barthelemy - Class of 2006
  • Activities: Soccer team, basketball team, baseball team, Weightlifting Club
  • Service: Food drives, open house tour guide, works at Pucci's pizza
  • Has dreams of playing professional sports, creating his own brand of clothing and/or working the stock market.
Freshman Zohara Davis:
  • Legacy: Mother - Monica May Davis - Class of 1997
  • Activities: Anime Club
  • Service: Trunk or Treat volunteer
  • She dreams of being a psychiatrist or therapist to educate and help those with mental illness.
