It's time to get your tickets for the City's annual Spotlight Breakfast on Tuesday, Aug. 9, from 6:30 to 9 a.m. at the Cochise College Community Room.

Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast and hear from City leadership how recent projects elevated Sierra Vista over the past year and what is planned to make our community an even better lace to live, work, and enjoy. Eat breakfast and mingle from 6:30-7:30 a.m. and view the program from 7:30 to 9 a.m.

Back to School Fair returns July 30

Our Back to School Fair returns to the Mall at Sierra Vista on Saturday, July 30, from 10 a.m. to noon.

The 26th annual Back to School Fair brought to you by the City of Sierra Vista, First Things First, University of Arizona College of Applied Science & Technology, and McDonald’s, with community partners the Mall at Sierra Vista, Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative, Herald/Review Media, and Guild Mortgage.

Come out for this free community resource event that provides information about educational opportunities for learners of all ages plus a variety of family services and fun activities!

Extraordinary Activities

Enjoy one more party at The Cove before summer comes to an end!

The Cove's End of Summer Bash is set for Friday, July 29, from 7 to 10 p.m. Pizza and beverages will be provided with admission. Admission is $10.

Uncommon Recreation

Swim 800 yards, bike 13 miles, and run 5 kilometers at Sierra Vista’s Annual Hummingbird Triathlon on Saturday, Aug. 6, starting at 7 a.m.

Compete as an individual, or as a member of a female, male, or coed team in this chip-timed race. Open to ages 10 and up. Register early to save some money and guarantee your event T-shirt and swag from our sponsors. The race starts and finishes at The Cove.
