1.March with Indivisible-ReSisters Contra Costa on July 4.

IRCC and our sister group, Indivisible Pleasant Hill, are marching in the Pleasant Hill July 4th parade this year. Our Indivisible members will carry Bill of Rights banners and California and American flags. Wear your Indivisible ReSisters T-Shirt (or red, white, blue clothing) and your patriotic swag to show our support for democracy. No signs are needed. Interested in joining in and representing? 2. A thousand postcards are ordered and we need your help

1,000 postcards are ordered and we need you to help us get them out. The organizations promoting this project are Elders Climate Action that is focused on voters that are climate activists but do not always vote. Swing Left is the other group. We're told that anyone who is interested in taking 50 postcards to send will be greatly appreciated.. A thousand postcards have just been ordered. Please send your response with your name, phone number and address and the number of cards you'd like. Thanks so much!

3. Phone banks want your help

And if you haven't already done so, please take a moment to begin your own investment in this crucial election cycle by (a) signing up for one of EVP's upcoming phonebanks or (b) joining our team of monthly donors who help us budget in a way that maximizes our impact year-round.

4.Help our oceans fight climate change

Urge Congress to support the bipartisan ReSCUE Oceans Act now! This critical piece of legislation will establish a plan to fund and carry out safe and effective research on marine carbon dioxide removal (mCDR).

5. Tell Whole Foods we don't want all this plastic.

Whole Foods can lead the charge against unnecessary plastic packaging. If Whole Foods steps up and implements plastic-free alternatives, the rest of the grocery industry may follow suit.

It only takes a minute to demand real corporate accountability.

6.Tell BLM: Don’t fast-track Arctic drilling

The Trump administration is seeking comments for a plan to fast-track approvals for new oil and gas drilling in the Western Arctic. This is part of the administration’s all-out assault in the Arctic – exploiting some of our nation’s most ecologically-important public lands in Alaska for the benefit of the oil industry and billionaires. Tell the Trump administration that the Western Arctic needs protection, not shortcuts for oil and gas companies.

The U.S. House passed the SAVE America Act, an extreme “show your papers” voter suppression bill fueled by far-right propaganda and anti-immigrant conspiracy theories.

Trump is trying to force through national voter ID at the polls. He’s demanding proof of citizenship to register to vote. The SAVE America Act will stop millions from casting ballots in the midterms. Our Senators must oppose Trump’s attempt to shred our constitutional right to vote.

8. Immigrant Support

Indivisible ReSisters Immigrant Support & Volunteer Opportunities and Resources

Volunteers Needed EVERY MONDAY at our Neighbor to Neighbor Food Pantry . The pantry serves 80-100 families every week to our food insecure neighbors along the Monument Corridor. It is the only pantry in Contra Costa open in evening hours, and offers delivery to immigrants afraid to leave their homes. To volunteer, complete the Food Pantry Volunteer Form and then sign up for a shift.

• Daily at Fair Arrow Books and Goods, 816 Main St., Martinez
• Daily at The Quirky Crow Bookshop, 2005 Crow Canyon Pl., San Ramon
• Tuesdays 5 - 6 p.m. - Lamorinda Peace & Justice Group (LPJG) weekly protest at the intersection of Mt. Diablo Blvd. and Moraga Rd., Lafayette.
• Saturdays 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at our weekly IRCC Saturday Protests (always confirm location)
