Extraordinary Activities

Do you like science you can play with? Join us for Sensory Science Fun at the Oscar Yrun Community Center on Tuesday, March 8, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. This free event is for children ages 5-10.

We will provide all the supplies needed for some rainbow science experiments.

Uncommon Recreation

Our next sessions of Beginner T’ai Chi Chih start next week and you can still sign up!

You can pick between a Wednesday or Thursday session with classes held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Ethel H. Berger Center. The cost is $80 per person for an 8-week session. The class is taught by certified T’ai Chi Chih instructor, Colleen Knight. Benefits of the class may include peace of mind, improved health, and simple joy. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
