This is a friendly reminder that a service request is always needed anytime you as a HMIS user need assistance from The HMIS Team. If you're not for sure if your request warrants submitting a ticket, submit a ticket! :)
Instead of sending an email directly to HMIS staff, simply send an email to the help email address for your agency. Every agency has one. Please find the help email address for your agency and save it to your contacts:
Yes a help desk ticket is required so HMIS staff can prioritize the 300 users that may need assistance, so we can run reports on the ticket submitted and so pertinent MDHA staff can see you need assistance.
If you are unsure of how to perform a certain task within HMIS, don't try to figure it out. Please ask The HMIS Team.
