Through real-world examples and practical guidance, attendees will learn how to effectively prepare for and represent their clients in entertainment and intellectual property mediations to achieve optimal outcomes. This program is essential for outside and in-house entertainment lawyers, intellectual property attorneys, transactional lawyers, and litigators.

 

Mediator Paul E. Burns, Esq. is an experienced mediator with over 25 years as a litigator and more than 15 years mediating (and teaching law students how to advocate for their clients in settling) entertainment and intellectual property disputes.


Aaron Gothelf, Esq. is Regional Vice President of the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Division for California and serves as the National Chair of AAA’s Entertainment Practice.
