Meet Brenda and Tim Escue. They joined the Allisonville Christian Church family in 2015 after the closure of Centenary CC; where Brenda had been a life-time member. They found ACC welcoming but not smothering . . . just right, plus Emily and Hanna loved ACC and the welcome they felt with the young adults and youth. Brenda’s Sister, Donna Callahan, and parents, Gene and Margie Ray, are also members of our church.

When they were in high school, Tim was introduced to Brenda by her older brother. They’ve been married for 31 years. Kudos to Brenda’s Brother! They have a dog named Hope and a new kitten named Lili. Brenda grew up on the Eastside of Indianapolis while Tim grew up around the Beech Grove area.

They have two daughters - Emily (who is expecting a baby girl in July!) and Hanna (entering her senior year in high school), who keeps them busy with her show choir at Plainfield High School.

Brenda works for a group of orthopedic surgeons on the southwest side of Indianapolis. She is also part of ACC’s crack food crew, headed by her sister Donna.

Tim works in IT at Ivy Tech in the analytics department. He plays the trombone and plays in ACC’s orchestra. Tim and Brenda also play in the ACC Bell Choir.

They love to travel to the Madeira Beach (south of Tampa) area. They would love to travel to Hawaii someday or try a cruise. Their favorite food is Mexican and favorite ice cream flavor is chocolate chip for Brenda; mint chocolate chip for Tim. When we are all back together ask them for pictures of their granddaughter. They may just have some.
