Save the date! Come enjoy a family friendly event featuring games, candy, food, and more! There will even be a prize for the best costume! (No scary costumes, please.) But we need your help! Visit gsfbc.org/raymarharvestfestival to volunteer and for more information.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Collection for Operation Christmas Child continues this week! We are asking families to pack their own boxes and pay for shipping this year. You can pick up a shoebox to pack in the Main Lobby, or you can purchase a plastic shoebox when you are shopping for items for your box. Collection for the filled shoeboxes will be in the Main Lobby through November 14. To get
more information on packing boxes or paying for shipping, visit gsfbc.org/occ

HOSPITALITY MINISTRY VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
USHERS & HOSTS
Hospitality is an important biblical mark of a healthy church. At Geyer Springs, we want to do everything we can to be hospitable to everyone who enters our doors. One of the teams that helps us with that is our ushers. As another layer of hospitality, we are also exploring the possibility of creating a new team of hosts that will be stationed inside the Worship Center to engage people as they sit down before worship.

If you are a former usher, a current usher, or interested in being a new usher or a part of this new hospitality team for the Blended service, please attend one of the following meetings in the Worship Center:

October 24 ||10:45am (for those who attend 8:15 Sunday school)
October 24 ||12:00pm (for those who attend 11:00 Sunday school)

For more information, please contact Kim Bailey at [email protected] or 501-455-3474.
WELCOME OUACHITA WORSHIP
Ouachita Worship will be leading in the blended service Sunday, October 24. This group is comprised of college students seeking to make much of Christ while growing as young worship leaders and songwriters. We are looking forward to having these students lead us in worship.
SUPERHERO 5K
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 29 | 6:00PM | BENTON RIVER CENTER
Come support one of our ministry partners, Second Chance Youth Ranch, by dressing up as your favorite superhero and running in the Superhero 5K! The evening activities include inflatables, a snow cone truck, trunk or treat, and a kids fun run. Sign up here to support this great cause!
LADIES ADVENT BIBLE STUDY
In November, we will begin a new study called A Hope Has Come. In this 5-week Advent study, we will take a closer look at the Christmas story and the hope revealed in the lives of people in the Bible whose obedience to God’s plans, even in difficult times, gave them great joy and led to God’s glory in their lives and generations to come. For more information and to sign up, please visit gsfbc.org/women.
