Community Opportunities

Giants Hockey beat Prep Sunday evening 2-0 to win their 3rd league game. Freshman, Graham Spencer, was spectacular between the pipes earning his first shutout. The game was scoreless until Trey Raposo put the Giants up 1 to 0 in the 3rd period with an assist from Alex Schneiderman. Dylan Lansky sealed the W by capitalizing on a power play late in the 3rd period assisted by Ben Lichtenfeld. This was Prep's first league loss in 2 seasons. Way to break the streak Giants! The next game is Wednesday against Libertyville at Glacier Ice Arena, 8:40 pm. The team then turns their attention to Deerfield---Saturday, October 21 at Centennial Ice Arena. Puck drops at 6:00 pm. We need our fans to drown out Deerfield. Let's go HP!
