DECEMBER 2025 NEWSLETTER

Our inaugural Friendsgiving Celebration at the Campagna Campus was well attended by guests from all over the northwest region of Indiana. Our children and staff enjoyed sharing a traditional thanksgiving meal with them and playing BINGO where, in the spirit of giving, dorms had to give each other special prizes such as pizza parties and snack boxes. We look forward to

making this an annual event!

Corporate Thanksgiving Bruncheon Some of our corporate staff gathered to unwind, fellowship, color and enjoy a brunch style meal together to celebrate Thanksgiving. These special times are well spent as the holiday seasons can be stressful!

Vincennes Council #712 invited us to their annual Thanksgiving dinner again this year where they presented us with a generous donation to help provide life-changing opportunities for the youth in our care during the holy season. They also participate in the Angel Tree Program which provided gifts to over 20 children on campus. We are forever grateful for all their efforts, especially

during this busy time of year!

Holy Cross School in North Anderson, Indiana held a Crest toothpaste drive for our Terre Haute campus and collected 205 tubes to donate to our children. We truly appreciate the service project to benefit the children in our care.

Osher Life Long Living Institute of Indiana State University came for a tour of our Terre Haute campus and enjoyed a catered lunch meal with our Independent Living Program children and staff. Our guests learned a lot about our rich history and our youth got to practice many social

skills during the visit.

Council #17043, South Bend delivered coats to our children on the Campagna Campus and provided a pizza party to the children and staff. We are so thankful they thought of our youth and appreciate their help in keeping our children safe and

warm this winter.

Independent Living Program (ILP)

The ILP kids have been busy lately. Recently they have started volunteering once a week delivering meals to the community for Meals on Wheels (pictured far left). The ILP kids also hosted a luncheon with a special guest speaker Zach from Luxe Limousine and his wife. The kids had a great time at lunch and hanging

out in the limo (pictured above).

The ABLE kiddos had a great time decorating gift bags for our residents at McGivney Health Care Center. The bags were made during Creative Corner, the week's theme for their CAIR (Creative Alternative in Recreation) group. During the week of Creative Corner, the kids do something creative such as a craft, painting, etc. This is a great time for the kids to showcase their creative talents!
