SEEKING CO-EDITOR

The Search Committee for the Presbyterian Women of Giddings-Lovejoy is searching for a co-editor of their newsletter entitled, The Linkletter. The co-editor will be responsible for using technology to format articles and pictures related to Presbyterian Women’s activities into a publication that can be shared throughout the Presbytery. The Linkletter is sent by email, usually on a quarterly basis. The Linkletter co-editor will attend Co-ordinating Team meetings that are held by Zoom on the third Friday of each month from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Please contact the current co-editor, Ann Schmid, 636-699-2142, ann_schmid1@yahoo.com, with any questions.

Saint Louis Metro CROP Hunger Walk Registration is Open

CROP WALK HELD - SEPTEMBER 29th

No one in this world should be hungry. That's why the Saint Louis Metro CROP Hunger Walk is more than just a gathering of people in a place. We're part of a movement, taking steps and raising funds to provide meals for those in our community who need them - and supporting programs that create greater food security in communities worldwide.

Please join us in the fight against hunger. The steps we take and the funds we raise will make a difference in the lives of others.

Employer Decision Season Closes on Friday, October 4

Multiple communications have been sent to churches, pastors and you, so I will spare you from repeating the information. For those pastors, who were unable to participate in the in-person and/or Zoom meetings that have been offered in every presbytery, I will be offering two “Last Chance” Zoom meetings. Tomorrow afternoon, I will be sending emails to pastors in each Synod, whose participation has not been recorded. Please feel free to promote these events through your normal communications publications.
