LAST WEEK TO REGISTER

The cost per youth delegate is $400. We are grateful to the synod, presbytery, and generous members who have contributed to offsetting the cost of this incredible experience.

For churches sending two (2) or more youth as part of the presbytery delegation: please select one individual to represent your church. That individual will be responsible for registering your youth with the presbytery registrar (Matt Miller) using the link below and will be the person who receives communication regarding deadlines and important Triennium information (note: this person is not required to attend Triennium). We are asking churches to submit a $100 deposit per youth by April 18th (details included on the registration form).

Registration will close on Friday, April 18th

If you are an individual attending Triennium as the only delegate for your church, please contact us at triennium@glpby.org.

We do not want finances to restrict any interested youth from experiencing this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity- grants and scholarships are available! For more details on applying for a Triennium grant, please contact us at triennium@glpby.org

Annual Financial Review - Call to Help!

Does your church struggle to complete the annual requirement to conduct an Annual Financial Review as required by the Book of Order, G-3.0113, due to a lack of financial or human resources? If so, your community is not alone. Many of our churches across the Presbytery struggle each year to complete this requirement or cannot afford to utilize a third-party review as they would like. However, many of our other churches are blessed with qualified and talented membership who can provide this gift for their church. As Presbyterians and fellow Christians, we are called to be the connectional church, and so this is a call for help across the Presbytery. If your church has someone with the qualifications and talents for financial reviews and would be willing to be asked by other churches looking for help, for a reasonable honorarium or gift for their time, please let us know! The dream is to develop a contact list, like our Pulpit Supply list, as a resource to share with Presbytery. For questions or submissions, please contact the Stated Clerk directly.
