Good Evening,

It's nice to see the sun this Sunday afternoon.

First trimester has come and gone. It certainly flew by and we now hunker down for the long, cold stretch of trimester two.

Only two weeks left until the long holiday break. I hope you're enjoying the holiday season! Have a great week.

Thank you to Lighthouse Contracting Group for partnering with GHS to offer Jason an internship.
Congrats to Scott Hutchison!
English teacher, Mr. Hutchison, is a featured writer in a magazine out of Virginia called  Floyd County Moonshine  which just came out this week--seven pieces showcased plus a big splash announcement on the cover.

Congratulations to Jesse Powers for being accepted into New Hampshire Classical All State! Jesse auditioned on snare drum, mallet percussion, and timpani. This is a highly competitive festival that usually only seniors and juniors make. Congratulations!
Burton gives dynamic presentation
Alysha Burton gave her impact presentation on environmental stimuli and observed behavior. What we all came away with was how people are always observing and it's crucial we model positive behaviors. Well done Alysha!
