DCM Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has successfully concluded the search for a dynamic, business savvy, and visionary thinking Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey, with the recruitment of Jessica Hoffman.
GSNNJ serves girls ages 5-18 in 160 communities in Bergen, Morris, Passaic, Sussex and northern Warren counties bringing the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to more than 24,000 girls and nearly 13,000 adult members.
Jessica brings 18 years of experience and a solid understanding of the dynamics involved in working with children and families, youth, foster care populations, program development, personnel and volunteer management, and quality customer service in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Jessica was recently the Program Officer for NORWESCAP (Northwest New Jersey Community Action Program).
